Shop Manager – Fish & Chip Shop
We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking, and experienced chip shop manager to join our growing family-run business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous fish and chip shop managerial experience who enjoys leading a team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business performance.

The Role
- Managing the day-to-day running of the shop
- Leading and supporting the team
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service
- Managing stock, ordering, and wastage controls
- Helping to achieve sales and performance targets
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and company procedures
- Training and developing team members

Additional Information
- No Sunday or Monday working
- Various opportunities available across St Neots, Saffron Walden, and Clacton
- 4-5 days per week
