Support Worker – Hill Farm & Sunnyfields
Full-Time & Part-Time, Day and Night shifts and Bank Positions Available
Drivers Ideally (Full UK Licence Preferred)
You will provide safe, person-centred support to help individuals live full and independent lives.
Please note: This role requires flexibility and the expectation will be that you work across both Hill Farm and Sunnyfields as required by the needs of the service.
What We’re Looking For:
- A compassionate and reliable individual with a genuine desire to support others.
- Ideally a full UK driver who is comfortable supporting people in the community.
- A flexible team player willing to work across both service locations.
- No previous experience required – full training will be provided.
About the Role:
- Providing day-to-day support to promote independence.
- Supporting with shopping, appointments, leisure activities and personal care.
- Driving may form part of the role, including use of company vehicles or the vehicles of the people we support.
- Shifts include days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
