Lukemans is a dedicated provider of quality construction services, committed to enhancing communities through our social housing projects. We are currently seeking skilled tilers to join our team for an exciting 5-year kitchen and refurbishment programme.
Role Overview:
As a Tiler, you will play a vital role in our refurbishment projects, ensuring high-quality tiling work in various kitchen settings. Your expertise will contribute to creating functional and aesthetically pleasing living spaces for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain tiles in kitchens.
- Prepare surfaces for tiling, including measuring and cutting tiles to fit.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to meet project deadlines.
- Follow health and safety regulations throughout the work process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tiler, preferably in social housing or refurbishment projects.
- CSCS Card required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid qualifications and certifications in tiling (preferred).
Pay: £15.09-£18.00 per hour
