The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will use your strong communication skills and business acumen to manage company accounts, build relationships, and drive growth. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be the primary point of contact for a wide range of customers, handling everything from daily orders to pricing tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, expand, and maintain strong relationships with a diverse customer base.
- Manage incoming inquiries, process orders, and discuss pricing and tenders.
- Maximize new business opportunities and follow the established sales process from start to finish.
- Liaise effectively with other company departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Deliver the highest level of customer care at all times.

- Proactive & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure in a busy team.
- Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and professional verbal communication.
- Experience: While previous experience in a similar sales or telephony role is beneficial, it is not essential, as comprehensive, full training will be provided.
