We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Gift Area Assistant to join our team.
As a Gift Area Assistant, you will help create an enjoyable shopping experience by providing excellent customer service and ensuring our gift department is well presented and fully stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
- Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases. .
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised gift area.
- Operate the till if required.
- Work as part of a team to achieve high standards throughout the store.
What We're Looking For:
- A positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Ideally we are looking for someone to work two week days and alternate weekends
