Job Summary
We are a tuition service with a centre on Bexleyheath Broadway and a centre on Welling High Street. We are seeking qualified teachers to deliver on our 11+ programmes for year 5 and year 4 pupils. The lessons are all planned and prepared for you and there is no marking to take home.
Duties
- Utilize effective communication skills to clearly explain concepts, give constructive feedback, and motivate students.
- Adapt teaching techniques to meet the needs of children with various abilities, ensuring an inclusive classroom environment.
- Maintain positive relationships with the students and other teachers to help continue our welcoming learning environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with students, parents, and team members.
- Relevant teaching certifications or qualifications in education or special education fields.
- Passion for fostering inclusive learning environments that celebrate diversity and individual strengths.
