As Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel, ensuring all departments work together seamlessly to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with departmental managers, supporting service standards, team development, and operational efficiency across the property.As Operations Manager you will:
- Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments
- Support and develop departmental managers and team leaders
- Drive exceptional guest service standards throughout the property
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and company procedures
- Assist with recruitment, training, and team development
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Support the senior management team in achieving business objectives
The ideal candidate will have a strong hotel background and experience within a quality hospitality environment, with the ability to lead from the front and inspire teams to consistently deliver outstanding service.
