We are looking for an individual to compliment our current staff members & offer high levels of customer service whilst handling the demands of a busy sales and lettings office.
The perfect candidate will be bright and hard working, keen to learn and happy to take on the responsibility of working with clients to achieve their dream move. Once trained, daily tasks will include:
- Liaising with buyers, seller, tenants and landlords in regards to their move, from agreed sale/let to moving home.
- Updating and advising clients on the viewers feedback
- accompany viewings with prospective buyers/tenants
- Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries
- Helping clients progress their move to a successful conclusion
- Assist in the successful resolution of problems within a tenancy
- Working with the other staff members to continue the efficient running of the branch
On site industry and software training will be available for the right candidate once the apprenticeship is complete in customer care. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm (one day off) and every Saturday 9am-4pm
Own car and driving licence essential.
