This role involves booking conference and events, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless organisation of bookings. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team committed to delivering outstanding service to clients and guests.
Duties
- Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable venues and services based on their requirements.
- Ensure all bookings are accurately recorded and confirmed.
- Provide detailed information to clients.
- Follow up with clients to confirm bookings and gather feedback post-event.
- Maintain organised records of all reservations and client communications.
- Address any issues or changes related to bookings promptly and professionally.
