We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join our team at our Birmingham (Sutton Coldfield) office with an immediate start. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and ensuring accuracy across systems.
You will be responsible for inputting documents and costings into our Dragon Dealer Management System and Sage, helping to maintain accurate and up-to-date records that support the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry of documents and costings
- Updating and maintaining records in Dragon Dealer Management System
- Inputting financial data into Sage
- Ensuring all data is recorded correctly and efficiently
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
- Liaising with internal teams where necessary
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Previous data entry or administrative experience (preferred)
- Experience with Sage or similar accounting systems (advantageous but not essential)
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage workload effectively
- Good communication skills
