Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of packages across designated areas
- Load and unload goods, often involving heavy lifting, with proper handling techniques
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery from recipients, ensuring accurate documentation
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to maintain optimal performance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports, documenting any incidents or delays
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation role, with a focus on multi-drop deliveries
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is a plus
- Experience operating <PERSON> driver vehicles or similar commercial driving equipment
- Warehouse experience or familiarity with logistics operations is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading and unloading processes
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Strong organizational skills to manage routes and documentation effectively
