Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Secretary, Paralegal, or Law Graduate to join our legal team. Duties
- Performing reception duties by meeting and greeting clients; dealing with calls from clients. perform audio typing of legal transcripts, notes, and other Court documentation to ensure clear and professional records
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to optimize workflow.
- Maintain organized filing systems for case files, legal documents, and correspondence—both physical and digital
- Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook to prepare presentations, reports, and manage communications;
- Use Hosted System for client base and work;
- Assist with administrative tasks;
- Support the legal team and clients in a professional way.
Requirements
- Law Graduate or paralegal with experience in this role or an ability to learn the role essential. Must have essential experience in administrative roles within a legal or professional environment
- Strong audio typing skills with high accuracy and speed
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to liaise effectively with team members and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; IT literacy is essential
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
- A degree in Law or relevant paralegal certification is highly desirable; law graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Client confidentiality is essential as is working well within a small team.
Pay: £25,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
