About the Role
Ysgol Cae'r Gwenyn is a Special School for children aged 3 - 7. We are looking to recruit 2 x Teaching Assistants Level 2.
We are looking for someone who -
Is passionate about working with young children, supporting their development and early communication skills.
Promotes high levels of wellbeing and positive behaviour with all children.
Has a good understanding of how to engage and connect with young children through play.
Can work under the guidance of the class teacher and show initiative.
Will help to deliver programmes to support literacy and numeracy.
Will support the development and maintaining of areas of continuous provision.
Has good communication skills with both children and adults.
Will work alongside children with ALN and support their IDP and small steps targets.
Will work well as part of a large team.
