Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various locations across Polegate, Hailsham, Eastbourne and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible hours suitable for those seeking part-time employment, with a focus on delivering high-quality cleaning services.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of client homes, including bathroom, bedrooms and living areas to a high standard.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures as required
- Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked.
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure all bins are emptied
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe workspace
- Report any issues promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or similar work is preferred but not essential as training will be given
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable with good time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently within scheduled timeframes

You will need your own vehicle although sometimes car sharing will be possible.
You must be available through school holidays and some weekend work may be required.
