Everyman Driving Experiences
Everyman Driving Experiences is looking for a practical, hardworking and reliable Event Valeter & Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is a hands-on role supporting our driving experience events across the UK. You’ll be responsible for keeping our vehicles, event equipment and facilities clean, presentable, safe and ready for customers, while also carrying out general maintenance and repairs.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Valeting and preparing vehicles to a high standard before, during and after events
- Operating and maintaining jet wash and pressure-washing equipment
- Carrying out routine checks, cleaning and basic maintenance on jet washes
- Setting up, maintaining and packing down event equipment
- Carrying out general maintenance and repairs on event equipment, including basic mechanical, electrical and practical tasks
- Identifying faults and carrying out repairs where possible, or reporting issues that require specialist attention
- Keeping equipment, vehicles and event areas clean, organised and safe
- Supporting the event team with general operational and maintenance duties
- Loading, unloading and moving equipment and supplies
- Ensuring all equipment is stored correctly and is ready for the next event
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions when required
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Practical, hands-on and enjoys fixing things
- Confident using tools and basic maintenance equipment
- Experienced in vehicle valeting or cleaning (desirable but not essential)
- Comfortable using pressure washers and jet washes
- Able to carry out basic mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Physically fit and happy with a role that involves lifting, loading and working outdoors
- Flexible regarding working hours, including weekends and early starts when events require
- A good team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Able to travel to different event locations across the UK
- Holds a full UK driving licence (essential)

The Ideal Candidate
You don’t necessarily need to come from a formal maintenance background. If you’re someone who can use your initiative, isn’t afraid to get stuck in, knows their way around tools and takes pride in keeping things working and looking their best, we’d love to hear from you.
Previous experience in vehicle valeting, event operations, facilities maintenance, mechanics, construction, plant/equipment maintenance or a similar hands-on role would be an advantage.
Pay: £26,000.00-£38,345.88 per year
