QA Operative
The successful candidate will work: 4 on 4 off, 0600 to 1800.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Support the day to day operation of the QA department through an understanding of the systems, procedures and processes that form the Quality Management System.
A good working knowledge of Hazard Analysis based on the principles of Codes Aliment Arius (full training will be provided).
Ensure returned products are dealt with and customers notified accordingly.
Support the QA function in the control of expired and quarantine stock, by arranging sales, charity disposals and organising customer uplifts.
Completion of invoices regarding movement of stock into quarantine, disposals and concessions.
Support in the logging of work requests and follow through.
Support completion and verification of temperature documents, cleaning schedules, glass and hard plastic check, ranger system checks, fabric & hygiene inspections
Support and verification of all contract packing checks along with verification of relevant paperwork
Collation of data and completion of the damaged stock and returns report.
Support in the distress load management service
Undertake fortnightly checks regarding jewellery and PPE checks
Undertake weekly checks on glass breakage kits ensuring correct documentation is completed
Monitor hygiene standards and duties carried out by the hygiene operatives on site.
Responsible for monitoring the activities of the pest control and refrigeration contractors.

Skills required:
Computer literacy in standard Microsoft business programmes, e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook at an intermediate level or above.
