Founded in 2011 by two brothers with a vision for premium, locally driven coffee culture, we remain proudly independent.
We roast our coffee in house, prepare our food in our central Warrington facilities, and deliver fresh to our stores daily.
We are expanding to 200 stores by the end of 2029, we’re looking for a driven and personable IT Support Analyst to join our growing team at our Warrington head office.
Summary
As our IT Support Analyst, you will be pivotal in ensuring our IT infrastructure supports the current store estate and contributes to future business growth. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to maintain technical systems and manage new store IT setups. IT is vital to what we do and as such this role will be very visual within the company and a pro-active, can do attitude will be vital to succeed.
Responsibilities
● Provide hands on IT support, including infrastructure setup and troubleshooting.
● Establish and manage an IT Help Desk ticketing system to track and resolve technical issues, ensuring swift resolutions to all issues which can involve occasional out of hours call outs
● Coordinate all IT setup and readiness for new store openings, this will involve being out on site each month working alongside other trades and installing all required IT equipment.
● Manage asset tagging, tracking, and the wider IT asset register.
● Identify and mitigate data security risks; ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.
● Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver data driven solutions and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
● A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Proven experience in an IT support related role.
● Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
● Full UK driving licence (essential due to travel to store locations).
