Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Garden Room Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and finishing bespoke garden rooms, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Fabricate, assemble, and install garden rooms according to design specifications and technical drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to carry out construction tasks
- Perform carpentry, joinery, roofing, and masonry work as required during installation
- Conduct plumbing and electrical work where necessary to ensure fully functional garden rooms
- Carry out construction and finishing touches to achieve a polished appearance
- Handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently during the transportation and installation of materials
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet deadlines and specifications
- Maintain a clean and organised work site throughout each project
Skills
- Proven experience in fabrication, assembly, carpentry, joinery, roofing, plumbing, masonry, or electrical work
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialised construction equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Strong understanding of construction processes including finishing techniques
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Physical fitness suitable for manual labour tasks over extended periods
