We are now looking for a new Property Manager to join our fantastic team.
Job Type: Full Time (8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays).
Location: Central Edinburgh.
Company: We are a well-established and award-winning Firm of Chartered Surveyors offering bespoke investment and property management services to landlords and investors.
Role
- Ensure all properties meet the Repairing Standard
- Carry out six monthly inspections
- Check in tenants
- Check out tenants
- Manage deposit deductions
- Manage utility changeovers
- Manage all communication with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Assist maintenance manager when required for reactive jobs
- Recommend required regular maintenance or improvements during tenancies
- Carry out re-let surveys as tenants leave and recommend improvements to landlords
- Plan and manage agreed improvements at changeover
Required
Full driving licence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
One years experience as a Property Manager (Preferably in Edinburgh)
Desired
Experience of using SME property management software / Fixflo
Skilled in Excel
ARLA Propertymark Level 6 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management – or similar (Letwell)
