Philly Philly is one of the UK’s fastest-growing American street food brands, serving authentic Philly Cheesesteaks, loaded fries, and comfort food at major festivals, sporting events, and markets across the UK.
We’re looking for a passionate, hardworking Chef to join our team and help us deliver exceptional food in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking our menu to consistently high standards.
- Operating flat-top grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment safely.
- Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Assisting with stock management, ordering, and inventory.
- Following HACCP and food safety procedures.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and service-ready at all times.
- Working efficiently during busy service periods.
- Helping with event setup, pack-down, and maintaining equipment.
- Supporting the wider team to create a positive working environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a chef, line cook, or street food chef.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel to festivals across the UK.
- Food Hygiene Level 2 (preferred but not essential).
- Full UK driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
