Job Overview:
The RSM Group started out in 2020 as a fuel services business and has grown into a group with four divisions , Fuel Services, Fuel Delivery, Drainage Services and Fuel Cards, covering customers across the UK . We're looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of how we present all four divisions and drive that forward.
The candidate will have:
- Several years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B environment, experience in trade, services, or engineering sectors would be particularly relevant
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging content online
- Confidence working independently, without a large marketing team around you
- Working knowledge of basic design and website tools
- Experience managing external agencies or suppliers, and getting good work out of them
- Photography/video basics
- Line management experience, as the role is likely to pick up a junior hire
- A full UK driving licence, as the role will involve occasional travel to visit sites
The Position Will Involve:
- Overseeing our website, social media channels and email marketing, prioritising activity based on impact
- Working closely with divisional leads to understand customer needs across the group
- Developing case studies, sales materials and marketing material to support the wider team in winning new business
- Monitoring performance across marketing activity and adjusting focus accordingly, based on results
- Managing the marketing budget effectively, with a clear focus on return on investment
- Managing and liaising with our external marketing agencies and contractors, ensuring work delivered aligns with our objectives and standards
The Package:
- Salary £28,000.00 to £35,000.00 depending on experience
