About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, supporting the team and ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience. You'll work closely with the other management team to help develop our people, maintain high operational standards, and contribute to the continued success of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress into a bigger position with in our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operation of the restaurant, including opening procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure high standards of food, coffee, and guest experience are consistently maintained.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost management.
- Help create a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture.
- Maintain excellent organisation and operational efficiency throughout each shift.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
- Has a strong understanding of the coffee culture and restaurant industry.
- Is energetic, approachable, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
- Performs well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Has excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Is organised, reliable, flexible, and motivated.
- Has experience with stock management and cost control.
- Is available to work weekends and can be flexible with working hours.
