Job Summary
We are the 1st curiosity Approach setting in Carlisle with the children at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing a safe and nurturing environment within our nursery setting.
Duties
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Implement early childhood education activities and programmes
- Supervise and engage children in various learning and play activities
- Manage daily routines and ensure the well-being of all children in your care
- Provide leadership and support to other staff members
- Drive safeguarding practices within the nursery environment
## Qualifications
- Experience working with young children in a childcare or nursery setting
- Possess relevant qualifications in childcare or early years education
- Ability to effectively manage groups of children with diverse needs
- Proficient in English language skills, both spoken and written
