Group People & Culture Partner
Be Part of Something Special
At Crest Hotels, we believe that exceptional guest experiences begin with exceptional colleague experiences.
Our mission is simple: to ensure every guest leaves with a smile and a memorable experience. As our Group People & Culture Partner, you'll help create exactly the same feeling for our colleagues.
This is more than a People & Culture role. It's an opportunity to influence culture, build relationships, support leaders, celebrate success and make a genuine difference across our hotels.
If you're passionate about people, thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoy balancing operational excellence with genuine care, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you'll partner with our hotel leadership teams to deliver a first-class People service across the Group.
You'll support every stage of the colleague journey—from attracting fantastic talent and welcoming new colleagues to coaching managers, leading employee relations cases and helping create an engaging workplace where our colleagues feel valued and supported.
You'll enjoy variety, autonomy and the opportunity to travel regularly across our hotels, building trusted relationships and helping shape our culture.
No two days are ever the same.
