Deputy General Manager Leading Leisure Operator

I am recruiting for a fantastic leisure job in Nottingham for a leading leisure operator in the family entertainment sector. This is an incredibly exciting business that are looking to grow further over the next 12-18 months. I am looking for a Deputy General Manager. This is a leisure job not to be missed, especially for those of you who are budding future General Managers.
The site in Nottingham has a great reputation in the local area and has some amazing facilities, it really is a family destination. As the Deputy Manager you will very much be the face of the business. The successful candidate will have significant operational experience within the Leisure & Hospitality sectors including Health & Safety processes and procedures.
You will be driven by delivering an amazing experience to our customers in an environment where no 2 days are the same. You need to have a hands-on, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills as well as a solid commercial understanding of how the business functions. Not only will you be taking ownership of the operations of the facility you will also be responsible for leading and developing your own team.

Shift Pattern: Opening and closing of the facility. Hours of work are between 8:30am & 7:30pm - so no late nights. Weekend availability is required.
