We require a Branch Manager to join our Strood team!
Role
To take bookings for service and repair work and manage the work ensuring all customers are kept informed at all stages. To distribute and control work to a team of technicians and MOT testers to maximise quality and overall effiency in the workshop. Producing invoices for completed work. Proven customer service experience and confident handling of queries over the phone and face to face is essential.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Automotive Industry
- Computer Literate
- Hold a current driving licence
