About the role:
Be at the heart of driving quality excellence.
You will play a key role in the Quality Team to deliver high-quality administrative support to ensure effective coordination and delivery of quality assurance processes in the college. This is exciting opportunity to contribute to the innovation and improvement of a bustling Further Education institution.
It requires a professional, proactive, and adaptable individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service focus. As a confident communicator, you’ll build strong relationships across the organisation, while staying one step ahead in a fast paced environment - anticipating priorities and managing workloads across daily, monthly, and annual cycles with ease.
Discretion, initiative, and a solutions-focused mindset are essential. The role also requires a willingness to take ownership, improve processes, and contribute positively to the continual development of systems and practices within the Quality Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for the Quality Team, handling enquiries professionally across phone, email, and in person
- Deliver efficient administrative support, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and producing agendas and minutes
- Support the planning and delivery of the annual Quality Cycle
- Collate and manage key data such as student voice, staff feedback, and observation outcomes
- Assist with data analysis and report preparation
- Maintain accurate, compliant quality assurance documentation
- Contribute to team and college meetings, capturing clear and concise notes
- Develop knowledge of quality processes to effectively support staff queries
- Manage purchase orders and monitor departmental spend
- Keep the Quality Hub up to date with relevant information
- Provide flexible support across the Quality Team as needed
- Collaborate with wider administrative teams to ensure seamless cover and support
