About the Role
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and reliable Office Assistant / Works Planner to join our growing wastewater tankering team based in Manston, Kent. This is a key role responsible for coordinating daily operations and scheduling tanker drivers.

Key Responsibilities
* Schedule tanker drivers and plan efficient daily routes
* Manage customer bookings and enquiries
* Coordinate urgent and emergency call-outs
* Liaise with drivers throughout the day and monitor job progress
* Maintain accurate job records and update internal systems
* Communicate with customers regarding appointments and service updates
* Provide general administrative support to the operations team
About You
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in administration, scheduling, planning, or coordination
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
* Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and office-based systems
Desirable
* Experience within transport, logistics, drainage, wastewater, utilities, or service planning
* Knowledge of route planning or scheduling software
