We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join us at our Sittingbourne Branch, ME10. This role will be Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 20:00pm, moving to 13:00pm - 22:00pm on completion of required training.

Responsibilities:
-
Supervising distribution of orders to team.
- Overseeing picking / packing of order.
- Preparing orders for dispatch via couriers.
- Ensure all pick sheets are signed and completed correctly.
- Supervise Warehouse and Yard.
- Preparations for the Transport team.
- Oversee lockup of the building and complete closedown checklists.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are met.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
-
Good, quick computer skills, Solid grasp of basic computer systems - Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel, CRM, etc.
- Experience managing a team of 20 people.
- At least 1 year experience as a Supervisor of a Warehouse.
- Great organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Brilliant task and time management skills.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

IOSH Managing Safely.
- Knowledge of Fixings.
- Knowledge of construction industry.
- Drivers licence is a bonus, but not necessary.
