We are a bespoke service that provides educational support to students who are currently out of mainstream education.
We are looking for teachers to join our friendly team for an immediate start.
Flexible hours/days to suit. Excellent rates of pay.

Duties
- Plan, prepare and deliver bespoke lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of all students in line with the organisation’s safeguarding and child protection policies.
- Provide individualised support to students with a range of additional needs, including SEND, SEMH, and behavioural challenges.
- Implement consistent behaviour strategies to promote positive conduct, self-regulation, and respect within the learning environment.
- Build trusting, supportive relationships with students to foster emotional well-being, resilience, and confidence
- Contribute to effective communication throughout the day by sharing key information, updates, and handovers through the agreed staff channels.
- Complete daily pupil progress reports to record engagement, achievements, and areas for development.
Qualifications
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential.
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum relevant to the age group being taught.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create an inclusive environment that accommodates different learning styles and needs.
