We are currently seeking to recruit a Logistics Administrator at Stellantis in Coventry.
The Logistics Administrator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring vehicle distribution operations, ensuring efficient delivery, accurate reporting, and effective communication between stakeholders to meet service level agreements and support continuous operational improvement. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth, compliant, and customer-focused logistics operations by combining coordination, reporting, and problem-solving across the vehicle distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure vehicle deliveries and query resolutions are completed within agreed SLAs.
- Produce and maintain reports on deliveries, stock levels, and operational performance.
- Act as the main point of contact for distribution compounds and support communication between dealers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Track inbound shipments and oversee the execution of transport operations.
- Manage and resolve delivery issues, including identifying alternative solutions where required.
- Support management with KPI tracking, reporting, and process improvements.
- Assist suppliers with transport planning and ensure operations run efficiently both administratively and operationally.
- Maintain accurate system data and update monitoring tools to support reporting.
- Deputise for the Logistics Manager when required.
About You
- Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain (B2B preferred).
- Good understanding of transport operations, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including Excel proficiency.
- Excellent organisation, planning, and prioritisation skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and accountable, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Place of Work: This is a hybrid role, working from home and the Stellantis Head Office in Coventry, a minimum of three days per week.
