An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Care Assistant to join our residential care team at Barton Court, This position is for 28 hours a week, working alternative weekends. We offer a friendly working environment and good training and NVQ support. There is opportunity to advance into senior or team leader roles. The role requires working on alternate weekends.
You will be part of a team delivering care to residents within 51 bed residential home that has an excellent reputation. We pride ourselves on delivering "kind" care that meets the individual's requirements. You will be required to work alternate weekends.
Responsibilities:
- To complete induction and foundation training if you have no experience.
- To complete all mandatory training.
- To undertake and complete N.V.Q Level 2 in care as a minimum requirement.
- To be person centred in all aspects of your role.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for experienced staff, but will also consider staff who are starting a new career or who demonstrate a strong interest in care.
