Due to increasing customer demand, we're looking for a qualified MOT Tester to join our friendly and professional workshop team at our Benton dealership.
What you'll be doing
As an important member of our workshop team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers' vehicles meet the highest safety standards.
This is a dedicated MOT Tester position. Your primary focus will be carrying out MOT tests and associated vehicle inspections, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with DVSA standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards.
- Completing visual vehicle health checks.
- Accurately identifying and recording defects.
- Completing all required MOT documentation.
- Explaining MOT findings clearly to the Service Team where required.
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, professionalism and customer service.
What we're looking for
We're keen to hear from qualified MOT Testers who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a professional, supportive team.
Ideally, you'll have:
- A current MOT Tester qualification.
- A recognised Level 3 Automotive qualification (or equivalent).
- A full UK driving licence.
- Experience within a franchised dealership, independent garage or fast-fit environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
