Job Title: Food Production Team Member Part Time 16 hours (Weekends)
Reports To: Kitchen Manager
Purpose: Produce food to the highest standard of quality, safety and to correct specification
Principal Accountabilities:
- Preparing food to detailed specification
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
- Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness
- Always adhere to safety and hygiene regulations
- Complete all SOHO Coffee shops Ltd training to comply with SOHO Coffee shops Ltd policies & procedures
Knowledge, Experience and Skills required:
- Previous experience in kitchens, bakeries, factories, or any other high-volume food production environment
- Professional and Organised
- Educated to reasonable level - completed GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English
- Preferable basic food hygiene qualification
