I need a multi skilled handyman to add to my team …
you will be covering all maintenance work for a group of estate agents I have contract with...
you must have multi skills , ie basic plumbing, basic electrics , painting, plastering etc...
you will be a sub contractor ..
invoices will be paid on receipt
own transport and tools required
most of the work is in west London - Chelsea, Ealing, Fulham , Hammersmith areas..and some in central, north and east london
work is quite flexible , you will be given work orders with job description and tenant details, you book jobs in directly and invoice on completion so you will be self employed .. work pays 40ph for call out work or 200per day for larger jobs...
you MUST have own vehicle and tools for this job
