We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista / Team Member to join our team. As a Barista/Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will ensure that each customer receives an exceptional experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in beverage preparation
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards
Qualification
- Previous experience as a Barista is essential
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage recipes
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This position is open for over 18’s only & you must be able to work between Monday and Sunday on a rota basis
