Embraced Care is recruiting compassionate, reliable and caring individuals to join our domiciliary care team.
We are particularly looking for drivers with a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle who can support clients in their own homes across the local area.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting clients with personal care and daily routines
- Preparing meals and assisting with medication
- Helping clients maintain their independence
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients with appointments and activities
- Monitoring well-being and reporting any concerns
- Keeping accurate care records
What we’re looking for:
- A caring, patient and respectful attitude
- Reliable and committed individuals
- Good communication skills
- Confident drivers who know the local area
- Previous care experience is welcome but not essential – full training will be provided
