We are working in partnership with a well-established and reputable law firm in Liverpool, seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy and growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career with clear progression towards a Fee Earner role within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting fee earners while gaining hands-on experience across the full conveyancing process, with the opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Drafting contracts, legal documents, and client correspondence
- Managing and maintaining accurate, compliant files
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
- Conducting searches and submitting applications
- Preparing completion statements and assisting with post-completion work
- Ensuring deadlines are met and cases progress efficiently
About You
- Previous experience in a conveyancing or property role (essential)
- A good understanding of the end-to-end conveyancing process
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong client care abilities
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
You will be motivated, eager to learn, and keen to progress your career within residential property.
