Summary
Community Care Worker based in and around the Tavistock & Yelverton area, where you will support individuals with their daily personal care needs. we are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Staff who want to make a difference in people's lives by providing exceptional community-based care.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of individuals that need support at Home to maintain
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and well-being.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as required.
- Document care provided and report any concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with daily living Activates, including persona; care, meal preparation.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure client safety.
Pay: £14.74-£15.27 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tavistock, Devon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
