We are recruiting on behalf of a respected manufacturing company with a modern production facility in Cramlington. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dependable and hardworking individual to become part of a busy production team within a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
Morning Shift

Monday to Wednesday: 06:00 to 14:00

Thursday: 06:00 to 13:00

Friday: 06:00 to 11:35
Afternoon Shift

Monday to Wednesday: 13:55 to 21:55

Thursday: 12:55 to 19:55

Friday: 11:35 to 17:15
- Promote and follow all Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.

Adhere to company safety policies, industry regulations, and safe working practices.

Attend mandatory safety training sessions and support risk assessment activities.

Immediately report any hazards, unsafe conditions, equipment faults, or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and safe working environment at all times.

Contribute to 6S and workplace improvement initiatives.

Ensure all operational areas meet cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
- Provide support across various production departments following suitable training.

Transport raw materials and finished products using pallet trucks.

Operate equipment used for cutting cores and production materials.

Assist with packing activities, including wrapping and securing products.

Operate baling equipment and manage waste disposal processes.

Support Slit Line Operators with production-related duties while not directly running machinery.

Follow production instructions and procedures to maintain quality, minimise waste, and achieve output targets.

Carry out product inspections and accurately record production information when required.
- Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with customer specifications and company quality standards.

Complete all production documentation accurately and within required timescales.

Use company data capture and recording systems correctly.

Assist with internal and external audits, supporting quality and continuous improvement programmes.
- Be willing to work in different areas of the business once fully trained.

Contribute ideas and support initiatives aimed at improving performance, efficiency, and workplace standards.

Take an active approach to learning new skills and personal development.
- No formal qualifications are required.

Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or factory environment would be advantageous.
- High level of attention to detail.
