We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Assistant to support a wide range of East Sussex and external staff with their HR administration.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, well-motivated person who is positive, flexible and well-organised. Working as part of a busy and supportive team you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records for staff on our payroll system and on our electronic DBS platform. You will be the initial contact for queries from staff, managers and external bodies so excellent customer service skills are essential along with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
It is not essential that you have experience as an administrator; and although previous computer skills are required, full training will also be available to the successful candidate. As an entry level role, we are open to hearing about your transferable skills so please detail them in your application.
Our teams work in a hybrid style and mix office attendance with working from home.
