Invicta are looking for a highly personable, organised, and self-motivated individual to join our ever-expanding organisation in Cheshire East.
Role overview:
- Front of house at our new physiotherapy clinic in Sandbach, greeting and welcoming patients in a warm reception area
- Facilities management, including open/shut down procedures
- Managing patient appointments in clinicians’ diaries using Cliniko
- Managing payments and invoicing for individual appointments
- Monitoring and responding to queries via our enquiry channels including email, social media, CRM and WhatsApp.
- Converting leads into new patient bookings
- Existing patient reactivation and outbound re-engagement strategies
- Assist in marketing tasks including social media, email campaigns and promotional offers
- Assist in medical insurance invoicing
- Maintaining and updating minimum standard policy documentation and SOPs.
Essential Requirements
- Previous customer relations experience in a clinical or healthcare setting booking patient appointments and managing practitioner diaries.
- Marketing experience in particular the use of social media to maximise engagement for lead generation
- Strong organisational skills responding to patient enquiries in a timely manner whilst being able to work seamlessly across multiple platforms.
- Competent administrator with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Applications and AI platforms
- Highly self-motivated to convert leads to bookings and cultivate new opportunities driving revenue into the business.
- Exceptional inter-personal skills being able to communicate effectively, building strong rapports and trust with patients, staff, and other business affiliates.
- Effective A-team player who welcomes new challenges presented in a dynamic working environment.
