Hoopers Department store in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Department Manager for our ladies’ fashion department, who is dynamic, enthusiastic, has retail management experience, matched with a passion for products, sales and delivering excellent Customer Service.

Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, staff, head office departments and sales representatives.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong organisational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage inventory efficiently.
- Experience in merchandising techniques to create appealing product displays that attract customers.
