Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our luxury salon.

Commission: 50/50 split (you keep 50% of your earnings)

Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client expectations.
- Engage with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
- Upsell hair care products and additional services to maximise client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members as required.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are hygienic and in good condition.
- Handle front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and managing payments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hairdressing,
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Experience in upselling products or services is highly desirable.
- Ability to mentor others and contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.00 per hour
