As Assistant Branch Manager, youll support the day-to-day running of the branch. Working closely with the Branch Manager, youll help lead the team, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service.
This is a hands-on role combining leadership, sales, customer service, and operations.

Support customers at the trade counter & over the phone

Help with loading and general branch duties

Work with the Branch Manager to improve performance

Supervise and motivate the team

Support delivery of the branch sales plan

Manage stock levels and replenishment

Ensure safe and efficient daily operations (H&S)

Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Provide cover for the Branch Manager

Support the branch with other duties as required

Experience in a supervisory or management role
