Associate Dentist – Bristol (3–4 Days)

Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established, modern, and patient-focused practice in Bristol.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated General Dental Practitioner to join a skilled clinical team in an innovative environment designed to support high-quality patient care and professional development.
The practice is fully equipped with advanced technology and offers a supportive setting for dentists looking to develop their skills in restorative, cosmetic, implant, and Invisalign dentistry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments
- Build strong, trusting patient relationships and ensure a comfortable patient experience
- Work collaboratively with the wider clinical and support team to ensure seamless patient care from consultation through to follow-up
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in line with clinical governance and safety standards
Advanced Facilities
- AI-based note-taking and charting for efficient documentation
- AI-supported radiography to enhance diagnostic accuracy
- CBCT imaging for advanced diagnostic capabilities
- Intraoral scanning for digital treatment planning
- Dedicated treatment coordinator consultation room for case discussions
- Sedation facilities for complex and anxious patients
Training & Development Opportunities
- Advanced restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry guidance from an experienced clinician (Dr. Natalia)
- Invisalign mentorship from an Apex-level Invisalign provider
- Ongoing professional development within a supportive clinical environment
Role Details
- Permanent position
- Ideally 3–4 days per week
- Flexible working days and hours (to be discussed)
- Competitive UDA rate
- Software: Dentally
- Established patient list
- Private practice with NHS children’s contract
Ideal Candidate
- GDC-registered dentist
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in private dentistry
- Strong clinical and restorative skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
- Eager to develop skills in advanced dentistry
