Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our team and help oversee our residential property portfolio.
The Role
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive an exceptional level of service. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance, coordinating maintenance, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties.
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and property inspections.
- Arranging and overseeing contractor works, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Handling tenancy renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and deposit-related matters.
- Ensuring properties remain fully compliant with current legislation and safety regulations.
- Managing rent arrears and supporting landlords with tenancy issues.
- Maintaining accurate property records and documentation.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and tenancy enquiries.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Supporting the wider office team when required.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in residential property management.
- A strong understanding of UK property legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach to work.
- Good IT skills and experience using property management software.
- A full UK driving licence (preferred).
