This position is to assistant the General Manager on the day to day running of a busy family food led pub. Experience is essential for this roll.
Duties include:
1/ Opening and closing of the premises
2/ Cash handling and daily summarising of reports
3/ Stock control
4/ Knowledge of catering kitchen , hygiene and legal requirement
5/ Cellar management
6/ Be able to communicate effectively to the team and management
Pay: Up to £13.20 per hour
