What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking delicious breakfasts to a consistently high standard.
- Ensuring every dish is beautifully presented and served efficiently.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Working closely with our talented kitchen team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Monitoring stock levels and supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Following all food safety and health & safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Cook or similar kitchen role.
- Passion for producing quality food with attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and food safety.
- Calm and organised under pressure.
- Reliable, hardworking and a genuine team player.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
