About Us
The Forge is a premium sauna and cold plunge wellness experience opening in South Wales. We’re creating a community centred around recovery, longevity, performance and wellbeing.
We’re looking for someone creative, proactive and passionate about building a brand from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Plan monthly content calendars
- Film and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok)
- Create engaging captions
- Schedule daily posts
- Reply to comments and DMs
- Grow our local audience
- Work with local influencers and gyms
- Capture behind-the-scenes content
- Report monthly analytics
- Suggest new ideas and trends
Requirements
- Experience growing business social accounts
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
- Excellent copywriting
- Understand Instagram and TikTok algorithms
- Confident filming content
- Able to travel to our location weekly
- Organised and reliable
Nice to Have
- Experience in hospitality, fitness or wellness
- Photography skills
- Paid advertising experience
Hours
Approximately 8–15 hours per week, increasing after launch.
Pay: £100.00-£200.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Caerphilly (Caerphilly)
